Or we could have a thread dedicated to disscuss of articles outside of Syd Lexia.com, since plenty of those come up other then cracked. |
Again, isn't that the point of the "internets" section? Am I missing something here? |

I can buy Threequel and Cyberslacking, but Grrrl and the rest of them turn the MW dictonary into a white upper class and unfunny Urban Dictionary.

deus ex machina kind of annoyed me, no matter what the genre. It seems more like a sad excuse to move the plot, all the writers have to do is think. Then again, it does in fact move the plot along to better segments so, it one of those 'damn if you do, damn if you don't' things.

So true. |
LOL, so so true. Memes are the equivalent of little apocalypses, slowly destroying humanity like acid rain on Michelangelo's David.
And if that's not bad enough, apparently the CIA indirectly invented Hippies:

I nearly died laughing reading this. |
God, I have to admit I came across that awhile ago and only skimmed it; it didn't really realize what he was doing with the article and just moved on to something else. I took the time to *actually* read it this time, though, and almost died laughing. God he's good. My favorite is the repeats in the third book. So not only does she just write only random crap, this woman can't think of enough random crap to avoid repeating herself multiple times!

I thought I posted that one...
This forum has examples of all six of those. Sometimes more than one.
I wouldn't be shocked to find out someone had all six.
