He's just a complete dick. He's a "psychologist" that either blames problems on current technology or yells and bitches at people until they do what he wants them to do.

John Edward exploits people by saying he can communicate with the dead. He uses his "talents" to get on TV and make money. Dr. Phil does the same. However, I can't quite blame them for making money off other people's doubts, insecurities, and fears.
