I knew Stealers Wheel's "Stuck in the Middle With You" before I saw Reservoir Dogs, but ever since I saw it, I can't help but immediately think of the ear-cutting scene when I listen to it. I'm sure it's the same for many of you.
Richard Strauss' "Also sprach Zarathustra" will forever be linked to two things for me: First, seeing the projector in the local planetarium rise up from under the ground when I was a kid. And secondly, of course, the sun rising over the earth and the moon in the opening sequence of 2001: A Space Odyssey.
Finally The Marvelette's "Please Mr. Postman" always reminds me of the poolhall fight in Mean Streets. That's one of the greatest scene/music pairings ever.
(Disclaimer: I didn't know whether to put this in the movies or music board, so I just flipped a coin.)

"So Happy Together" will always remind me of Adaptation.
Anything by Chicago or Peter Cetera is Karate Kid central for me.

Every time I hear "Scotty Doesn't Know" it reminds me of Euro Trip.
Any time I hear Misirlou, I have to make the Pulp Fiction connection. Unfortunately, I also think of the Black Eyed Peas' song "Pump It", or something like that, because the BEP song sampled Misirlou.

When do you ever hear that outside of the movie or on your computer where you have a legal copy of the song

Even though they don't actually play the song on the movie, Dust in the Wind always makes me think of Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure.

'Here I Go Again' reminds me of Old School lol.
'Hero' by Chad shithead, Josey Fehg, and some other guys reminds me of Spider-man.
I'm the same as Syd. :/ "Scotty Doesn't Know" makes me think of Eurotrip. Same with "Get Loose," which is an awesome song in its own right, but was also on that soundtrack.

Don't even bring it up. You'll jinx it. I'm just thankful they've never made this Goonies sequel I keep hearing whispers about every now and again.
Speaking of Goonies, everytime I hear Cyndi Lauper, I think Goonies. I think, "Hey, Cyndi Lauper. I wish they'd play Goonies R Good Enough. Hey, I feel like watching that now."
Everytime I hear Ode to Billy Joe....

Whenever I listen to "The End" by The Doors, the first 7 minutes of Apocalypse Now are playing in my head. Scorsese also used the song, for a sex scene right in the middle of Who's That Knocking At My Door, but I never make that connection. Maybe I would if you saw Harvey Keitel's dick like in Bad Lieutenant. WHAT THE FUCK, DID I JUST WRITE THAT?

'Layla' always makes me think of the scene in Goodfellas when they find the mob guys.
