I don't really have anything to say about it, except that it's totally wicked.

Apparently Dana Carvey and Mike Myers don't get along anymore, but I always thought it would be hilarious if they made a Wayne's World III when they're like 50.

I've lived in Aurora so I know all about Wayne's World. It ruined my life.

That would be awesome! I wonder why they don't get along. I can't think of anything that Dana Carvey has really done since then, whereas Mike Meyers has done lots o' stuff (Austin Powers, Shrek).

The story is that Dana Carvey supposedly created the Dr. Evil character that was used in Austin Powers. When Austin Powers went into production, Dana Carvey was due to heart problems and a subsequent botched surgery that damn near killed. Myers knew he couldn't get Carvey, so he apparently used the character anyway without asking and Dana never forgave him.

Dude, when you live in Aurora, everyone is like: "Wayne's World!? Dude, does Stan Mikita really have his own doughnut place in Aurora?"

It's a curse, but also a cool icebreaker. So I can say like, "Wayne's World 1 and 2, they filmed that down the street from me. It was cool. I chilled with Walken. He's much scarier in person." Then the head begins.

I'm sorry, you're right, it was a stupid question. But answer me this:

Married... With Children was supposed to take place in a town called Chicago, Illinois and the Bundy patriach worked in a mall shoe store. So tell me, does this fabled Chicago really exist or is it just a legend like Xanadu and Shangri-La? And if it does exist, do they really have malls and shoe stores?

Chicago I can guarantee exists. The Bob Newhart Show did not lie to us. Family Matters did not take place in Gotham City, it was all Chi-Town.

Malls? Well, there's a few. Shoe stores? Surely, you jest. I've been wearing the same pair for over a decade.

There was also that TV movie Ferris Bueller Meets Balki and Cousin Larry. It was a total classic and I'm almost positive that took place in Chicago too. I think it was a real thing, but let's ask Jonathan Frakes:

No such movie ever existed. It was just a figment of some writer's imagination. Did we get you?

waynes world is indeed a great movie.

Funfact: the part in number 1 when they are watching the planes go by was not totally scripted. the part where garth asks wayne about if he thought bugs bunny was attractive when he dressed like a girl bunny was not in the script, and was only in one take. Myers thought it was so funny that he insisted it be in the movie.

I have met Walken, and he IS scary in person. I met him,and he started just talking about really nothing at all,and he litterally did a little jig and signed an autograph. it was so fucking random. nice guy tho.

If that rumor about Walken running in 2008 was true, I would've voted for him in a heartbeat. I guess I'll just have to beg Jesse Ventura to run. Him vs. John McCain for president would be the greatest race ever, no matter what CBS says about their "Races".

I never knew Mike Meyers and Dana Carvey had a falling out... How sad, because Wayne and Garth almost equaled friendship, and on the DVD interviews Carvey and Meyers both talked about how they were such good buddies on set.

Those extras on the DVD are great though. I never got that part in #1 when Garth smashes the robotic hand until I watched the 'Extreme Closeup' interview on there.

Yeah, the extras are nice and I really like how the main menu is set up like the Prevue Channel.
