And you forgot The Deceptibots' take on the theme. Kinda sounds like Linkin Park.

So this is the linkin park-sh version i heard about. To be honest i was only going to put the original theme, lion's theme and mute math's theme but i just found black lab's theme and thought it was cool. My bad on not catching this one though

nothing can beat the lion theme. if you tune out the lyrics and jsut listen to the music, it's amazing. all cheese factor evaporates, and it just makes you want to rock out.
shit . all this talk about transformers music is makign me want to hear stan bush's "ground zero" again.

I've been looking for more stan bush songs because i believe he's an underrated artist. i'll check this ground zero one out. But since his style is more for the 1980 (which is the best ever) he's a little hard to come by since people seem to be more into alternate, rap and emo lately . . . not that theres anything wrong with the former.

I thought there were two versions of the tv show theme... the most well-known being the season 1 theme... but It was changed a bit on season 2 and later. But I would have to go with both tv show themes... Probably not technically better than any of the other ones, just holds a special place in my heart.

Gotta go with the original, but I like the second version of the TV theme better.
I like the original too. The rest were pretty lame.

Another test was to see if anyone had any opinions of the newer transformers theme.
I thought Black Lab's was awesome (doesn't beat Lion's though) and Mute Math is oddly enough decent with most of the execution until that weird techno bird gibber plays and killed any potential the song had. I think black lab's version should have made the soundtrack but if it was a perfect world Lion's version would have made the cut.
