Saw this years ago. Not as clever as it could have been, but still good. The cartoons are made by a group called Camp Chaos. They have a website.
They've produced music videos for Meat Loaf, Queens of the Stone Age, and Motley Crue. They also did a couple of promotional videos for Motley Crue and some anti-Metallica videos during the Napster era.
They also did a rather stupid video where Jackie Stallone drops Sly off at Arnold's house for a playdate. It's unfunny as hell, and it ends with a very naked and very NSFW Doris Roberts.
