You either love 'em or you hate 'em or something in between.
What do you think? Personally I love them, and I think they have one of the best live shows I've ever seen. They have a grassroots following that has kept them selling records, and I have to say that outside of their album "Evlover" I can listen to the whole catalog.
Yes that was a John C. McGinley reference from OfficeSpace.

I'm fairly sure I've never heard their music, even when they were on the top 10 charts or whatever. Where's my null vote option?

I still haven't figured out the right way to say the band's name. I have heard it as "Three - Eleven" and also as "Three - One - One."
Which is it?
Or is it some different, like, "Three Hundred and Eleven."

The only song i've hear by them is call "Jack'o Lanterns Weather." Which has nothing to do with Jack'o Lanterns sadly. The song is good and Blake Lewis from AI6 cover some of their songs, which were okay but I had a feeling the originals would be better.
I don't really know much about them, but since i like "Jack'o Lanterns Weather" i'll give them a thumbs up.

Same here, in fact, I knew a kid in high school who had a three eleven shirt with an alien head or something like that on it and it said "three eleven" on the back.
As for the band, I'm in the somewhere in between category. I can only base my hatred for them on the fact that their name represents evil. You know the three K thing K being the eleventh letter in the alphabet. But that could be a coincedence. You make the call. As for the music, it's alright. I really haven't heard any song but "come original." I thought it was an alright song, Other than that, I guess I don't really dig 'em. But that's just what I think.

Back around 1997 or so, I remember watching the videos for "Down" and "All Mixed Up" on the MTV Top 20 all the time. MTV seemed to be making a huge deal out of them, but I thought they were only OK.
311 is from Omaha, Nebraska. Since I live in Nebraska, 311 has always been a favorite of all my high school slacker-punk-hippie buds. Since everyone thought that they were one of the greatest bands ever, I started to like them less and less. So, I'm basing my dislike for them on the fact that no good band comes out of Nebraska, especially Bright Eyes.
"Amber" is pretty cool, though.

I remember the song "Down" and even the video. It had the levitating sumo guy or something. The video was neat and the song wasn't bad, a decent tidbit of the past.
