So next week marks the release of Super Mario Galaxy and Umbrella Chronicles. However, there's another game coming out next week that I am equally excited about...

Godzilla Unleashed: http://wii.ign.com/objects/881/881519.html#previews
Godzilla Unleashed in Pipeworks Software and Atari's third installment of the Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters Melee series. The original game debuted on the Gamecube, where it became a Player's Choice million game seller, then got ported to the XBox and received an XBox-only sequel, Godzilla: Save The Earth. The third game looks pretty cool, and it looks like it might actually make good use of the Wii controls.

I never could get into GDAMM, but I have been looking forward to this game for awhile.

I've always thought Godzilla was pretty awesome, but I've never been too impressed with the games he was in. Destroy All Monsters was okay, nothing to write home about, but I will admit that four-player monster melees were their own little kind of fun. We also got some cheap laughs changing the language to French and playing as "Godzilla Quatre-vingt-dix"

Godzilla: Save the Earth was also on PS2 and I played it once. It was horrendous and my friend and I decided not to play again.

I have only barely heard of Godzilla Unleashed though... maybe it'll be a little better. I'll look into it!

(I'm awfully sorry about being all "I heard you talking about a game you're excited about, let me tell you that it sucks". It's a bad habit and I'm trying to quit it. )

My Sydapedia page lists my game collection and friend codes, if you're interested.   |

Umbrella Chronicles gets my excitement, even if I still don't own a Wii.

Looks like we'll be getting some answers like: How did Wesker get his powers, how did Ada survive, what really happened to Lisa Trevor, and how does it all end for Umbrella?

There were two Godzilla games on the NES, Godzilla and Godzilla 2.

I liked the first one.

And it doesn't end for Umbrella. Their return is blatantly hinted at at the end of RE4.

Forget all that crap! The last game you will ever need to buy for your Wii is already out!

"Power Golf" on the VC!

It was one of the first games I bought for my TG-16, and the first golf game I ever got a hole-in-one on!

Good times.

The end of the old regime, I am well aware that Wesker has inherited it after the hostile takeover.

Is that the one where you can turn into "Super Godzilla"?

Yeah, that sucked.
