I would have something where I could transform into or summon a dragon. Or maybe awesome lightning powers.
Or, if my special move has to be theoretically possible, Wesker's Thrust Punch from Resident Evil 4 Mercenaries. For when I need to get people out of the damn way.
I can't decide, so maybe I could combine the three. The Thunder Dragon Punch. I like the sound of that...

It's done by the same animator that draws DBZ. Cell looks a lot like that thing.

But if I had to choose one I'd have to pick to pick ryu's in the air spinning leg kick, whatever you want to call it, followed by his classic little energy blast.
Not that it's ultra powerful but that it's freakin' sweet!!!!
