Holy crap that's terrible. They look even worse than they did on the actual Megaman cartoon. They're not even colored like that in the game! And Captain Cold is most certainly not one of the first Megaman bosses (shut up idiot, I know it's Iceman, it's sarcasm!) Also, Cutman appears to have an entire pair of scissors attached to his head, as well as purple skin.

Why does Cut Man have tits? Guts Man looks like a duck, and Bomb Man looks like a frog...

Captain N is out on DVD, as it the entire Super Mario All Star Show, and the Super Mario cartoon that was based off of SMB3.
I watched supermario all stars on mushrooms and now I have no desire towatch them sober. Confused

No, entire Super Mario Bros. Super Show is NOT out on DVD. Oh sure, all the cartoon segments are. But only select live action segments are, which is complete bullshit. The live action segments were a huge part of the show's campy appeal, especially from a nostalgia point of view. I want to see Mario & Luigi hang out with Ernie Hudson in character as Winston Zeddemore, dammit.

Er, wait, what? As I understood it, all of the "Super Show" Super Mario cartoons released thus far (not sure if it's all of them ever made) came with the live action segments. The Zelda cartoons, though, only have a few of the "Super Show" live action segments.

I remember seeing the first Super Show volume in stores and almost buying, and I'm pretty sure it said something about selected live action segments, which stopped me from buying it. I have the Captain N DVD set though.

I've got the first volume. I'll have to check it when I get home, but I'm nearly certain it contains all the live action segments. The Zelda set, however, does not.

EDIT: Amazon confirms:

If it helps, there were earlier, awful DVD releases of the show that did indeed omit the live action segments.

I have two different box sets for super show, wasn't sure if there was a third, I know there was the other one based off of SMB3 and assumed it did not count since it was a whole different company and animation, I am aware that they would mash them altogether during syndication though.
I'm sure that I could enjoy the SMB3 themed cartoon, but the original super show one is horrible, each episode is based off of some generic failry tale or pop culture reference. The worst one is the episode "bad Rap" where kinga Koopa takes over Rap Land and all the dialouge is in rhyme.

I think the transition between cartoon and Captain Lou live action was what messed with my buzz, and the pizza phone was great.

Also the Zelda box set rules, that cartoon is so bad its good.

Well EXCUUUUSE ME Princess! Laughing
