If you are referring to the character list on Smash Bros. Dojo, it is incomplete. They are revealing the characters slowly over time to help hype up the game.
You may notice that Solid Snake is also absent from character list, and he has long since been confirmed to be in the game. It's pretty much a given that Luigi will be in the game. I am, however, concerned that Mew Two and Dr. Mario might not make it in, and that pisses me off.

I don't think they will put secret characters in the Dojo. That's probably why Luigi and Captain Falcon haven't been added yet.

You know who they better put in? Jigglypuff. Jigglupuff is the #1 best character to pick to piss off your friends. His sleep move is ridiculously cheap, especially against casual players. Also, his voice is annoying as fuck.

I used to constantly pick the black-suited Dr. Mario and refer to him as Dr. Death, then one day, my sister picked the red G&W and referred to him as Mr. Blood & Death. This was before she was all emo and stuff, so it was a very uncharacteristic thing for her to say, and it was quite unexpected. Also, she was like 9. I think Jeebus and I laughed for two straight minutes.

I have a funny story about Jigglypuff's sleep move. I was playing Melee with three friends, and the girls had this idea - play the game like a turn-based strategy. We each took turns using ONE attack on ONE opponent. It was a dumb idea, and I took the opportunity to use Roy's charge up B attack (that flaming meteor sword slash) to immediately remove my friend Lizz's character from the battle. And the best part was, she wasn't allowed to fight back until my attack had connected, so she was utterly screwed, and all of us knew what was coming as Roy charged up.
Well, long story short, we somehow got roped into doing a do-over of sorts, same silly turn-based rules. Who did Lizz use? Jigglypuff. And she promptly used the sleep move to take everyone else out. (Except for me, because I broke the rules and started running away like a coward.)

yes you are.
anyways, game n watch is axed, so is roy. those are my predictions. cap falcon, shiek, and gannondorf will be in, with dorf having new moves and shiek being seperate from zelda.
young link will be axed, as will falco, pichu, and any other "clone characters" that aren't luigi. that means doc mario is gone.
sonic will be in.
jigglypuff will be in, MAYBE mewtwo. they wont want to go too crazy with the pokemon, considering theres a pokemon trainer in the game.

Yeah. They're planning for 3 third party characters besides Snake. And they already have Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games. I'm guessing Sonic, and maybe Simon Belmont. As for the third character, I have no idea.
