What's scarier is that my mom was almost one of these believers, before I showed her how retarded this shit was.

I also liked how they had Jimmy Stewart in that vid as an expert.

And now, Fox Noose's reaction to MapleStory.

Who are these "parents"? Why are they so fucking retarded? And more importantly, what kind of asshole spends $50 a week on a shitty Wapanese'd out RPG with bad graphics and lameass character customization. I just don't get it. I also don't get the appeal of Gaia Online (which, sadly, some of my friends are on, and they get pissed when I call it Gay-a Online).

Those are reports from local news programs on Fox Affiliates, not the Fox News Channel. Looks like something from sweeps too. Local channels really pull out the stops to bring in the ratings then with sex stuff and threats to your life and children. Sadly, pretty standard nowadays.

I don't get that either, since MapleStory is completely free to download and play. I don't know why you'd shell out ten bucks, let alone fifty bucks, to give your tiny character special colors and eye candy that's going to expire in a month or two.
