My all-time favorite is the one from ECW where Cactus Jack goes on for about 8 minutes on how pro wrestling will never be respected, and his ear, and Tommy Dreamer. There's been a lot of good ones... it's just hard to sit through the current shows waiting for the next good one. I think the last really good one was Flair going off on Carlito, and that was awhile ago.

Also any Ric Flair promo where he gets so worked up he takes off his coat and does an elbow drop onto it. I love those!

DiBiase wasn't really big on promos, but the vignettes they produced with him were awesome:

Also, the promo that Ultimate Warrior's team cut before the 1990 Survivor Series was hilarious. Warrior is screaming some unintelligible astrological bullshit while LOD and Kerry von Erich pose and grunt.
