I really don't know. I did see upright citizens brigade on there the other day, but I dunno, I don't watch TV much. It used to be on really early at 5 AM or something.

I should hope it has a lot of extras if it's being released on its own. Then again, something doesn't get a name like Special Braincrusher Edition if it's not packed with extras.

I debated putting "an" cause I always say "an hour", but it didn't fit the aeiou rule... And I was too lazy to look it up in the grammar book. Embarrassed

There better be extras considering an hour long program doesn't warrant a $15 price tag... Oh, wait... Yes it can.

H is silent homeboy. So, you gotta say it like there is no H which would make you say AN instead of A. Although saying a unicorn was always proper vs saying an unicorn. Can anyone explain that?

It's difficult to end one word and begin another with two vowel sounds or two consonant sounds. Using one of each allows you to string an entire sentence together in one breath.

What pisses me off is when people pull limey bullshit where they take words that start with the "h" sound and drop the "h" sound and throw "an" in front of it. Like instead of saying "a house", they'll say "an 'ouse" or instead of saying "a historical journey", they'll say "an 'istorical journey". No. Shut the fuck up.

But Christ, the H is silent in hour. I'm pretty sure even Texans know that.

No, that would be retarded. They would say "wuhat", and the don't even say that.

So what has a silent H now?

I have never heard anyone pronounce jalapenos with a J sound, but I have heard people pronounce fajitas with a J sound. It angers my blood.

I'll say fah-JAI-tahs when I'm quoting the Family Guy when Peter orders 50 chicken fah-JAI-tahs and it sounds like "vaginas".
Beyond that, I say "fah-HEE-tah" like everyone else.

My favorite fajita-related quote is from Sealab:

Look at the chair! Now look at me! Now look at the chair! How did those fajitas get there? Movie magic!

Not if you say the name Jonathan or Judith. But yes for pretty much any other word. Can't think of another word besides those two names at least at this moment.

I've heard my own name pronounced in some pretty silly ways... my name is Patricia, and is correctly pronounced
PA-TRI-SHA

But, these are some of the ways I've heard it:
PA-TREE-SHEE-A
PA-TRI-SHEE-A
PA-TREE-SEE-A

It's quite annoying... and getting people to spell my name is quite painful.

And as for the person who said that J is pronounced H in Spanish, you tell that to a guy I spoke to on the phone once, whom I referred to as "Hesus" and he was like "The names Jesus, as in God"... I was thinking "conceited much?"...

And the WORST is when you get someone on the phone, and this is the conversation:
Me: Can I get your first name please?
Person: John, that's J-O-H-N
Me: And your last name?
Person: Chandramouleeswaran
Arrow Arrow Arrow They spell John but expect me to know how to spell THAT last name!!!

It's one of my biggest pet peeves... like "my name is Bob, that's B-O-B" or "James, spelled J-A-M-E-S" and you feel like saying "Do you even know an alternate spelling?"... Mad Evil

lol... The third way you pronounced Patricia is how you would say it properly in spanish. And regarding the spelling of common names, I would probably name my kid, if I ever have one, Michael, but have it spelled in a fucked up manner, like Mykel, just to piss people off. lol

I originally lived in Arizona but I ust moved to Wisconsin about a year ago and one day when student council was reading the lunch for that day, the girl said something like "taco meat with *pause* tor...tilya chips." God everyone here is so dumb.

Jesus with an H is a kick-ass name and you should respect that. It may not be a very common name but its used enough that you probably shouldn't be a complete ass to someone just because they're named after a biblical figure. I mean, John the babtist wannabees don't get that bullshit.

And its not like I know any spanish, but tortilla has had plenty of time to seep into the cultural landscape. You have no excuse for mangling it.
