Not that he was a celebrity for any good reason, but I'm surprised nobody noticed that Richard Ramirez, aka the Nightstalker, died in prison at age 53. Here's hoping he spends eternity getting fucked by a two foot thick dick made out of biting centipedes and broken glass.

I hate to triple post, but Richard Matheson, Sci Fi and Horror writer. One of the greats. He stands as a pillar in the horror genre the way Asimov, Clarke, and Heinlein do in SF. This year is terrible.
