I might need to put this in TV, but it's a TV show exclusively about video games, and I can only watch it online, so maybe I should have put it in Internets, so whatever...

It's about this dude who's job is to beat hard Famicom/Super famicom and sometimes other games in like a day, and he goes on tours of tons of old and new arcades in Japan which is cool to see. I like the show because I like to see games I've never heard of in action and he plays a fair amount of Japanese stuff I've never heard of.

I guess they have DVD's, but I've never seen one in my life, not sure if it's even distributed here. Dude's Wikipedia page says he's a comedian, but I guess I don't get Japanese humor because it's usually more interesting than funny...

So yeah, y'all ever watch Game Center CX? Like it? Hate it? Never heard of it? Discuss!

I used to watch these in order, and then was irked when some site gained limited exclusivity to it (screw attack, joystiq, or kotaku, I forget which.). The Kacho is an awesome guy, but he does in fact, do other shows than GCCX. The guy basically created "flowchart Dhalsim."

Never seen the show, but the DS game Retro Game Challenge is based on it.

This is an awesome show. I used to watch all the episodes before they were deleted off Youtube. I even bought the DVD set with all the episodes that appeared on Kotaku.

That being said, this forum went fucking nuts when the game based on this show came out in 2009. The game is awesome and you should pick it up. It's a big recreation of 80s console games.

The DS game is so good. SO GOOD. I really wanna get the sequel, even though it was never localized.

I think Nintendo could publish it. They even licensed out the Famicom design for the Japanese DVD boxsets.
