It's just going by a legal definition or something like that. The article talks about beer once being sold by street vendors, but now being more restricted by new laws.

There is no alcohol in vodka whatsoever. If there was I would have been drunk most of the first two years I posted here.

Athough their current administration can eat a dick, Russia is awesome place to visit. I was in St. Petersburg with a few friends, it was about 11 pm and we went to buy vodka at this little kiosk. The owner sold it with a nice discount and asked if we wanted to go to this bar/nightcub where "it's always the New Years Eve." This is the way to get robbed, right?

Nope. Before I knew it, I was drunk as hell, drinking more vodka (a lot of it for free, I might add), wearing bunny ears and dog costume, singing Russian folk songs with a sped up dance beat. The company: my friends, some local dudes and extremely hot Russian chicks.

Can't wait to get back sometime.
