As far as how I feel about the other Races, I hate the fact that Elves are stuck with that Constitution penalty.

But you get bonuses to Dex (and Int too if this is Pathfinder), you belong in the rear where you don't risk getting hit.

I have no problem playing an Elf, but it doesn't change the fact that mechanically, a bump to Dex comes nowhere close to making up for a hit to Con. I don't play Pathfinder, but an Int bump could potentially make it worth it, but only if your playing a caster. I'd still play one if I wanted to, but from a shear crunch perspective 3.X gaves elves the shaft.

I wasn't sure it was ever on any sort of track to begin with.

Also, personally, if I was fucking with someone intentionally and pushed them to that limit, I would probably be such an asshole that I would still be doing it instead of taking time to regret or accept the consequences of my actions. I would probably be yelling "GO AHEAD ASSHOLE! I FUCKING DARE YOU TO SHOOT ME YOU DUMB FUCK!"

There's a scene similar to this in the movie Hostel 2. This guy yells at this women who has his dick between two blades "YOU STUPID FUCKING CUNT!!". He gets his dick cut off. Then the chick throws it to some dogs to eat. Not so badass, right?

If you actually didn't get shot and killed would you give them an Indian sunburn or a wet willy before the cops came and arrested the shooter?

Those dogs are badass. Any dog that eats dicks is a boss in my book.

I would attempt to kill them in self defense. If someone is seriously threatening my life then theirs is forfeit. If I couldn't kill them I would at least attempt an extremely severe beating.

http://www.articleclick.com/Article/Characteristics-of-Adult-Bully-Targets/956452

Quote:
Adult bullies target people who are good at what they do and excel beyond them. Bullies want to eliminate their competition

The more competent a person is, the bigger the threat they are to an adult bully. If an adult bully is seeking attention, they will target people who receive the most attention and try to make them seem less valuable.

If someone new refuses to join an established clique or act a certain way, adult bullies target them. If the new person doesn't conform or has new and independent ideas, they also may be targeted.

Adult bullies target people because of jealousy and inadequacy issues. Adult bullies feel as though they have to victimize others because they are envious of their talents.

http://www.bullyonline.org/workbully/bully.htm

Quote:
Bullies project their inadequacy on to others:

a) to avoid facing up to their inadequacy and doing something about it;
b) to avoid accepting responsibility for their behaviour and the effect it has on others, and,
c) to reduce their fear of being seen for what they are, namely a weak, inadequate and often incompetent individuals, and,
d) to divert attention away from their inadequacy

Bullying is present behind all forms of harassment

Bullying...
is a form of abuse, and bullies - often go to great lengths to keep their targets quiet,

Bullying is obsessive and compulsive; the serial bully has to have someone to bully and appears to be unable to survive without a current target.

seething with resentment, bitterness, hatred and anger, and often have wide-ranging prejudices as a vehicle for dumping their anger onto others.

Bullies are driven by jealousy and envy.

have learnt that they can avoid the unpleasant consequences of bad behaviour through the instinctive response of denial, blame, and feigning victimhood.
