Or any Android tablet, since Flash for Android is heading out the door very soon. Also the Surface running Flash (at least the cheaper ARM variant) depends on if Adobe decides to compile a version of Flash that runs on the ARM version of W8. There is a small possibility that this won't happen, or will be limited, due to Flash pretty much going out the door.

But regardless, I really don't see how the iPad is affected by not utilising Flash. Most of the websites I give a fuck about are fully usable, even the ones that traditionally use Flash, like YouTube. In fact, I think Flash would be a detriment to it, what with all the resulting performance woes.
