Yeah when you shoot something and it continues to eat its victim like nothing happened you have a zombie on your hands. Though I kind of like the term "cocaine psychosis" that they used to cover up the fact that they had to do battle with the walking dead.

I think once you shoot someone repeatedly that's feasting on another living being, the line between "walking dead" and "cocaine/PCP addict" becomes somewhat blurred.

I've been waiting for the conspiracy "news" websites to run some over the top story about how the Government is putting Zombie drugs in the water in order to quell an outbreak thus justifying martial law, but nadda.

Really figured they'd take that story and run with it full tilt, it seems like the perfect thing to blow totally out of proportion and generate some fear clicks.

Side tangent: if we legalize marijuana, we can put a stop to the sell of the synthetic stuff (which is now being bandied about as a potential cause for this guy's freakout).

This story is no longer exciting or funny. Just annoying. I hate the negative rep stuff like marijuana gets (or any of its synthetic counterparts).

I imagine any synthesized marijuana is worse because it can be engineered to be orders of magnitude stronger than the natural strain.

The officers called the Bergen County SWAT team, and they took Carter to the Hackensack University Medical Center.

Carter underwent emergency surgery and remained in critical condition. According to Heinemann, Carter had a history of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and psychotic episodes.
