So I was going for Hanako for my first run, but accidentally ended up with Emi, and while worried about the sexy stuff, I was surprised by how well-written even those parts were. I'm kind of glad I went with this. I've been trying to push my boundaries in appreciating good material these days, and this certainly was a stretch, but I am really happy with taking the leap.

Also, disability or not, I think it would be difficult to not beat the almighty shit out of Kenji in real life, or at least the kind of person who finds his "female global conspiracy lol" thing genuinely funny.

I really would have liked Hanako's if it wasn't for the sex scene. I felt awful the entire time it happened, and they barely acknowledged it in the ending. I would have liked her storyline the most if it wasn't so weird and creepy. She didn't enjoy it at all, and Hisao keeps going despite her pain, and in the end she's in love with him anyway. That's kind of fucked up.

Anyway, got the good endings for Emi/Hanako, and am working through Lilly's line now. She's not as interesting as anybody, but I still like her character. I'll probably aim for Rin next, since she's the one I know the least about, and Shizune last, because I really don't like her or Misha all that much.

She could have been the best, and I could have quit the game forever, happy and content if they had just maybe just made it an intimate second-to-third base sort of thing, but Hisao comes off as a straight-up rapist from the get-go with it. I was honestly surprised it was the "good" ending when I got it.

Yeah, that annoys the shit out of me. Without having played Rin or Shizune yet, Hanako's feels so rushed. Not only does he pretty much rape her, but she falls in love with him over some half-assed idea of "oh sorry I was being overprotective." It felt like it would have been better if it had branched off of Lilly leaving, forcing the now more social Hanako to OH GOD SOMEONE FIND ME A REAL WOMAN NOW.

Got Lilly's ending (all good endings so far without cheating). It was a little overly-sweet, but I enjoyed on the whole (Akira is one of my new favorite characters, that moment where Hanako semi-flirts with you at the second "party" had me laughing pretty hard). I'm trying hard to decide on Rin or Shizune. Rin is a little more interesting, but her dialogue is usually boring as fuck, and I'm not looking forward to two chapters of "What did you say?" "What do you mean?" "Nevermind."

Mine would be a girl who needs to cover up her prosthetic arms while still getting enough sunlight on her legs to help her vitamin D deficiency. I want a girl with a short skirt and a loooooong jacket.
