Have you seen Jackass 3d? Apart from it being ridiculously gay (but less so than 2.5,) almost every instance he's in it you can tell he's fed up with having to maim himself for entertainment, but it's his meal ticket so he can't stop.
Hmm, considering that, he may be a candidate, but due to suicide, not overdose.
