Nobody had mentioned it yet (that I've seen...) so I thought I'd bring it up. Thought it went pretty well last year and I actually am not bleeding money this year. I am in no way volunteering to run it because I want in on it, but I'm opening a dialog. Thoughts?

Same deal as Zarak. I would love to do it again, I would not love to organize it.

I think the way it went last year was try not to push anything above thirty bucks, but if whoever gets you feels generous, they can buy whatever.

Yeah I'd say around 30-50 is the generally accepted price range. Really it's the thought that counts not the price. As with last year if people could update and post their amazon wish lists it would make this much easier. I know amazon seems limited to some but it makes the process much easier. Most browsers also have a feature where you can add items from other shopping sites to your wish list so your options are wide.

I think last year we originally said 20, but then upped it to 25-30, because once you hit 25 you qualify for super saver shipping. 30-50 is fine with me, but we should try and get a feel with what most people are comfortable with. It is a tough economy after all, and this shouldn't feel exclusionary.

I say fifty for the crazy people who are comfortable and crazy enough to buy first run games for forum members. Up to 50 is fine but well under $20 is fine too.

I would if I had the funds, but between buying presents for my family and the $350 bill I just had to pay for school, I don't think I'd be able to.

$350 is the tip of the ice berg dear cam. But yeah everyone post your wish lists and once we reach the cutoff...say december 15? I'll assign names. Also if you aren't fond of amazon and trust me with your address I'll assign those to people.

I wish to participate! My wishlist needs some work, so I'll post mine when I fix it. $20-$50 sounds like a good price range to me.
Also, New rule this year: Anybody pulls a Dorn, I...uh...can't think of anything clever. But No Dorning people!

Add me as a guardian angel, the last one if you get more. I got a new job, so I can afford to get someone a nice gift I'm just staying out of it because whoever were to get me gets the short straw, because of all the shipping bullshit :/
But if it's between shipping bullshit, and just flatout being Dorned, I might be a better option

Congratulations on your new job, Sehkmaenzo!
BREAKING NEWS EDIT - I have recently learned that the aforementioned job is simply the one Sehkmaenzo acquired between last year's Secret Santa and now. Whatever! Hooray for Sehkmaenzo anyways!
