I'm curious as to how detailed the YouTube uploading addition will be. I do plan on buying a capture card someday, but this feature could be extremely cool or useless depending on how it's implemented.

My guess is that it will upload a replay file to Capcom, who then renders it themselves and uploads it to your credit.

If you don't feel like waiting, you could always use GGPO to play people with zero lag. It's pretty great.
Although I will get this when it comes out.

Yea, I can't wait until this shit actually comes out.

I've actually been using GGPO to play the game for the last few years. Generally, the connections are very good, although a specific friend of mine always seems to have trouble connecting to me, and at other times games will randomly end. I believe both of our ports are open.
Anyways, Meek, we might have to play sometime if you've got it set up.

Hells yeah man, I'm definitely up for it. I'm no good at the game, as I just started using GGPO a few days ago, but I'd love to play somebody.

Heh, I will play you sometime, Thunderhorse. I scooped it up as well.

It's low quality, but you can upload any online match you fight, Player or Ranked matches. Here is my first match.

I can only imagine they limit renders to 240p because of concerns over the volume of renders that they'll have to process. Is it done clientside or does a third party render it and upload it for you?

So far the connections have been pretty good - I stumbled upon a fellow from the UK for my first match, and the lag was pretty minimal. Later on me, Meek and another friend played each other and I didn't notice any lag.
I haven't been able to get into a ranked match as of yet, however.

I have no idea. On PS3, you chose to upload a replay, the replay plays and after it's done it asks for your Youtube name and password, and for you to title your new movie. Then it uploads it.

I bought it, and I can say I feel far more confident in it than I do in 4, and I've been playing that longer.

I've been having a blast with the game so far - the connections are pretty much flawless.
There seems to be a humorous glitch where players can earn six- or seven-figure disconnect percent stats. Meek seems to have accidentally been affected by this.

I WAS WONDERING WHO THAT WAS!
Anyways, if you wanna fight me sometime just hit me on PSN Thunder, it's Freyjador.
Same with everyone else, but I still owe AM and Sehk a beatdown, whether it's in this or any other fighter

The more I play Urien, the angrier I get that he didn't show up in 4.

That would be interesting. I'm wondering if the Aegis Reflector setups would a bit powerful for Street Fighter IV since no parrying exists. Then again, it looks like Super Arts are overall tougher to build up in that game.
Nobody I've run into so far in SFIII3SOEXBLA have even selected Aegis Reflector as their Super Art...

I'm playing with all of the dip switches turned on, so...
For the record, as far as 4 goes, I would have settled for a rip of Urien without the Aegis Reflector.

I'm late to the party but I've been playing frequently since it came out. I have a PS3 and my name is sidewaydriver (go figure). Just make sure you tell me who you are if you decide to message me.

Overall, this game is quite fun, although the ranked matchmaking is quite slow.
I'll be away from this game for a bit since Gears 3 was just released, but here's some footage of Q being awesome if you're in the mood.

There's supposed to be a patch that fixes that by the end of this month. So far I've been maining Twelve and Elena online just because people do not expect it at all.
