Updated the OP with everyone who has expressed interest in trivia. Again, to anyone who said they were interested before details were given, you need to let me know again if you want to be in the trivia contest.

Also, for the creative one, the judges will be: Syd Lexia, Captain_Pollution, Sehkmaenzo, joshwoodzy, and myself.

Six spots open for trivia. I'm capping it at 16 entrants.

If a dude who joined on April 29 of this year wins a trivia contest based on this site's history, you should all be ashamed.

He will still have a decent chance. Since I've only been here a little over a year most of the questions are from that time period. Though I do incorporate more than just forum stuff.

All right, so I will begin the trivia contest very soon. There are 13 participants, so one lucky bastard is going to get a bye. Sorry, that's the only way I can see this working. That person will be chosen at random by Lexiabot9000 in the chatroom.

I will also determine a "bracket" using Lexy. The six people who win their first round duel will move on. But if you lose your first duel you are not necessarily out. The two losing duelists from the first round that answered the most questions correctly in their duel will continue. The person who answered the most correctly, will automatically move on to round 2. The person who answered the second most will duel the person who was randomly picked to sit out the first round.

That will give us an even 8 person tournament. From there, the 8 remaining people will be randomly seeded into a single-elimination bracket. Winner gets the game.

If it sounds complicated, don't worry...it isn't. In fact, this competition shouldn't take too long as long as people show up in the chat for their quick duels. I already have nearly 200 questions prepared, so the duels themselves will move along swiftly.

I reserve the right to kick anyone from the contest at any time for any reason. The main reason would be if we can't get a hold of the person for an extended period of time. I want to send out this game next weekend if possible.

I'd like to clarify something. Your 10 guesses are only for that duel. Each new duel you will start with 10 guesses, so you don't need to conserve them for the future. It's better to be safe than sorry if you aren't sure of an answer.

I can count on one hand how many entries I've received for the Creative contest. That means if you send in anything you'll have a really good shot at winning Super Street Fighter IV 3DS. Again, I don't care what you do with it. You can trade it in for games you do want, for all I care.
