Yeah, a little bit of tournamenting fun to get us back into a happy mood.
Honestly, for some reason, no series associated music with it's stages more than the Mega Man series. It's like every boss has their own theme song. And Capcom tends to pull out all the stops on their Megaman games. So, we're gonna put some songs against each other and get the Best Mega Man Music Ever(!) crowned, okay?
Here's how we're gonna do it.
*It's gonna be the classic series. I'm gonna pull 2 or 3 songs from each game, Mega Man 1-10 and Mega Man and Bass. You can cast your vote for one of those, or you can find your own. If you go get your own song to nominate, please go to YouTube and post the song. Please only use the original versions.
*Vote for the song you want to represent that game. You can change your vote as often as you like, but after 24 hours all votes are in and final. Cast your vote in this thread. Once a day passes, I'll put up some songs for the next game.
*Once we're done, we head to the final round. Wily Castle 1 from Mega Man 2 gets a bye into the final round for reasons that should be obvious (don't bother arguing about it. It's in. And don't think it's favoritism, I personally dislike the track). Four other runner-up songs will also make it to the final round. Then, we face the songs off against each other bracket-style until we have a winning song.
Here's the first round, Mega Man 1. Remember, these are not the only choices. You can choose any music track from the game!, just go get it and post it here. These are just some songs I believe are the best of the game myself.
First up, the classic and the one that gets my vote, Cut Man
I consider this one to be underrated, I like it better than 2's equivilent. Wily Castle 1.
Finally, since I want three choices at least from each game, Bomb Man's got a nice little tune.

I think most of the themes are great (maybe except for the Iceman Theme) but i go with Wily Castle 1, because it muscially stands out besides the other tracks and really kicks some ass.

Yay, I was ready to write this off as dead. I love you guys.
There is just something about Elecmans theme. Makes my whole head just flood nostalgia and puts me in a fantastic mood. Reminds me of better days, I suppose.
