Haha. It makes me sad to see people so damn uptight when something spontaneous and funny happens. It's not like that shit happens every day, so just enjoy it.

Then again, he should leave when someone asks him politely to go away. My wife has a saxophone she plays occasionally, and they are pretty god damned loud so I could see it being annoying if you were right next to the guy.

Honestly, I would had him arrested on the grounds of him butchering the song in occassions.

And frankly, while I do appreciate random humor, I understand when someone is weirded out by a random guy in leather humping a saxophone.
