Looks shopped. I fucked hate HD. I don't know why, but HD looks unnatural to me. I feel like it sharpens things in ways that we don't normally experience them. But his head looks like it's shopped on, he looks like he's shopped into the picture, and the ice cream cone looks like a possible shop as well.
I can definitely tell you this: that's not what the scene would look like IRL.
