I think they changed the upload length limit a while back to allow for longer videos.
This "video" if stupid though. I clicked through it to see if there was anything worth seeing at all; there isn't, this crap should be removed from youtube in my opinion, but what do I know.

This video was posted in 2008, when there still was the 10 minutes time limit. Maybe it's somehow below 2 GB in size, and YouTube doesn't really care then?
