No. But the first episode of Mike Judge's picks wasn't too bad. Saw it with Dad, I laughed.

Yes, numerous times, but what does that have to do with anything?

Following in the footsteps of Family Guy and Futurama, it seems that Mike Judge's classic cartoon Beavis and Butt-head may also be making a return to television in the semi-near future. Saying they've spoken to an anonymous source, REVIEWniverse reports that Judge, the mastermind behind Office Space and King of the Hill, has been outlining 30 new episodes of the animated MTV series.

According to REVIEWniverse, Judge also plans to honor the show's roots, retaining the series' original format and faded aesthetic.

Even though Beavis & Butthead is really one of those things that should be left in the early 90's, and I feel that they might be slightly out of place being dropped into 2010, I am still stoked on this.

Bump, because I JUST found out about this half an hour ago, and this thread did not get enough attention.

This is excellent. Although Mike Judge has gotten older -- Beavis's voice is kind of "..." in that B&B Steve-O video rip done in 2008 for JackassWorld, but there's still room for improvement. I'm gonna have to get basic cable just for this when I move, EVEN IF IT KILLS ME.

It's funny to. I was just telling all of my friends he should do this, especially since KotH ended, I figured he might as well.

If handled properly I could see their (B&BH's) take on 2010 to be quite hilarious.

Dunno about episodes, but their movie still stands the test of time.

As for The State, it was fantastic. The DVD box set is a sham. They were forced to edit out all the original music and unlicensed uses of celebrity images, such as Andrew Shue. That was MTV's call, because they're cheap. For their part, the cast did an amazing job with episode commentary and really tried their best to make the set worth owning. But it's not the same.

I think B&B should just be music video critiques. Lord knows there have been plenty since they've been gone.

Honestly with the kind of crap playing on the airwaves nowadays, I think some artists would take any jabs seriously and want to sue Judge.

Yea, the movie was pretty great.

Judge should have done a second one while they were still really relevant.
