For those of you who do not know Soundgarden are releasing a new compliation album with a new song on it: Black Rain.

I may pick up the limited edition for the DVD with the videos and such but i really already have most of those songs. Live versions would be a plus though.

I dunno if this link will work for you cause it said that you had to be on the mailing list to gain access to this but it's worth a try!

You can listen to the whole track there. It's meant to be from the BMF era though it sounds like their earlier stuff more.

Fuck yea man. I have always been a huge SG fan.

Yea the track sounds very BMF, which is one of my favorite albums ever. Sounds pretty brutal, definitely getting this.

I was soo stoked when they announced that they were getting back together.

I only listened to it once - when i posted this thread.

It was an okay song. On saying that it was an outtake from BMF. So i am not honestly expecting good things.

I haven't really given it a chance though, so maybe it's a grower.

I listened to BMF into the ground, it was one of the only cassettes I owned for a while. So I am probably a bit biased.
