I've yet to find anything that tops Dubmood, and Zabutom in the chiptune department.

Theres a band called Next Life though, who have so skillfully amalgamated chiptunes into metal that soiling yourself in amazment becomes a very real possibility. Check out the songs "Sol Blade" or "Antarctic Blade"

As for Dubmood and Zabutom, they both have sites with a veritable cuntload of free tunes up, and if you can find anything better TELL ME!

This here be some Zabutom. I can not stress hard enough how awesome this track is. Like forehead veins and all that shit, aint fucken enough. This is AWESOME.

Anyone who ever played the 'turtles games on NES will get some definite flashbacks. Compositionally its completely new, but tonally, it really shares alot.
