I see a lot of kudos on here for Nick shows like "You Can't Do That on Television" and "Are You Afraid of the Dark," but where are the accolades for the seemingly obscure shows? Well, not so much obscure, but more cultish. "Out of Control, " "Pinwheel," and "Danger Mouse. " Actually, I'm sure I'm forgetting a lot of shows..."Bananaman" just popped into my head, but I don't think it was a full show. If you have any classic Nick (or even Disney Channel; remember that live action Dumbo show?) memories or live action, let 'er rip.
I bring this up because my buddy just mentioned "Out of Control" and I nearly shit myself because I didn't think anyone remembered that but me.

Dude...don't mention the live action Dumbo show from the 80's...I HATED that so much since it didn't really fit with the movie.

Wow, I'd totally forgotten about that show. None of it looks familiar to me at all except the title screen, so I guess I wasn't a big fan of it as a kid.
I loved Nickelodeon though and the channel would never change from it as long as I was awake. Anyone remember The Tomorrow People or Roundhouse?
Nothing beats Salute Your Shorts and Hey Dude though. Best shows on Nick ever.

Pretty much yeah. Like Andrew said, it was sort of like All That, but less childish and urban. It had a whiter, more grown-up sense of humor. The sets would sort of slide in and out fluidly per sketch, and always had that guy in the powered armchair rolling around.
It was a cool show and part of the original SNick when it debuted.

Any of you guys remember Hey Arnold, Ren and Stimpy (sometimes on Comedy central, I think), All That, Double Dare, Doug, Figure it Out, Finders Keepers, Get the Picture, Guts, KaBlam, Nick Arcade, Rocko's Modern Life and Rugrats? This is going waaaay back, but I remember watching The Third Eye on Nickelodeon. That scared the crap out of me.
Count Duckula was one of my all time favorites. The intro and ending songs were awesome.

Roundhouse, as previously mentioned, was fantastic. When the show wound down, they had a contest to win the motorized chair. I entered, but alas, I have no motorized chair.

That show sucked in all honesty. Mainly from the shitty 60's Alvin and Chipmunck cartoons
I probably would like Mark Weiners act in real life at a club or something, yet I found the show incredibly boring and stupid even for a kid with ADD.
