For me, it's "Tank!" and "The Real Folk Blues" from Cowboy Bebop. That's anyone really needs, if you ask me.

bah, I hate that ZZ Gundam intro! Maybe it's because the intro to Zeta was so epic, that once it was replaced by this it felt wrong?

Death Note opening 1 can go cry and cut itself in the corner, but opening 2 is just good stuff.

I still say it's impossible to not feel happy after listening to Happiness...

Even yet more obscure, Love Tropicana!

One slightly sappy song, this just has a sad feel to it...

Key the Metal Idol is my all time favorite anime series. It's also one of the best anime series ever made. The opening is just beautiful.

Hell, even the English version is pretty good.

Despite my general dislike for the series, Hellsing's opening was pretty awesome

Also, I am very happy someone posted Hare+Guu's opening here, that was a good one.

I adore the opening to Fullmetal Alchemist, but can't seem to find my favorite version on Youtube. It was only used for the first few episodes I think, and it combined this animation:

Frigging awesome. I'm sad I can't seem to find it anywhere. (Talking of just the music though, its the music from that second video that's easily my favorite and will always say "FMA" to me.)

I need to check that votoms shit out. also, the first season of bleach is the only one that I really liked, and ironically, it was the best intro in my opinion.
