Trying to remember the name of this show. I wanna say it was from the early 80's, but it could be older than that.
It took place in a futuristic setting. All the characters were animatronics, or puppets (can't remember which, but it may have been both).
There were also these robotic "heads" that could talk, and the ending credits featured one of them bouncing up and down.
I could be mistaken on this, but I think the villans of the show were some old women.

I tried, but cripes, no idea. Knowing whether it was puppets, animatronics, or just people in suits would go a long way, but hell...

Pretty sure it was all animatronics. Might have been a few puppets mixed in, but mostly animatronics.

Was it a Sid and Marty Krofft show?
Sounds like something of theirs, like "H.R. Pufnstuf" or "Lidsville."

Pretty sure it wasn't either of those. I'm not totally sure I'll know it when someone names it, I'll have to check on youtube.
I believe the genre was action/drama

Duckroll, the precursor to rickrolling I believe.
At least, I think that is the reference
