While I'd probably enjoy Rocko now that I'm an adult, these two shows were broadcast at relatively the same time during my childhood and while I remember loving Animaniacs as a young teen, I found Rocko to be a little too surreal and out there. So my vote goes to the one I loved.

I get an "account inactive for 90 days" thing. But I did see it on my phone. Weird.
Anyways, I never take flayrah from humans. It always leads to trouble.

Rocko was just funnier. Making jokes about obscure WB executives got old fast and was not funny to me then and is only slightly chuckle worth as an adult, so sorry Animaniacs.
