I actually don't know why I was asked to do this tonight, Fig's around and all, but, here you go.
Harvey Birdman: Attorney At Law - 10 votes in Group 12, 13 votes in the tiebreaker for second, beat G.I. Joe and Rocky and Bullwinkle.
Courage the Cowardly Dog - Group 9, 10 votes, second place, Eds and Pokemon.
The Critic - Blah 8, 16 blahs, first blah, Pup Named Scooby-Doo and Johnny Bravo.
Rugrats - Group 13, 12 votes, second place, does it really matter for this round? Does it affect anything? Does anyone even read these since they know there's nothing interesting beyond how they did last round and who they beat?
