Voted for Rocko, the show was hilarious and in a less gross-out way then Ren and Stimpy, which I also liked.
Reboot would be #2 for me, a lot of it went over my head though at the time.
The other two...meh.

You know who else worked on Captain N Ian James Corlett. He also did the voice of bob in seasons 3-4 of reboot. You know what you must do people, who can save reboot?
