While looking through the celebrity playlists on i-Tunes I thought I would be more interested in what the forum members of Sydlexia are listening to rather than Taylor Swift. Hears mine:
1. "The Sounds of Silence" - Simon and Garfunkel - I have been in love with this song since as a kid I heard it in Stephen King's The Stand. The harmony is unmatched.
2. "Blood Brothers Live Rock In Rio" - Iron Maiden - I have heard many people state that they didn't like Rock In Rio, fuck them. More guitars the better. Great song to get ready for a deployment.
3. "Down on Haley" - Nerf Herder - Great band, when you have a song that mentions whores, crack dealers and driving a Camero you have come a long way as a song writer. It was this one or Van Halen.
4. "Don't Look Back In Anger" - Oasis - In the mid 90's I liked Oasis. So much that I convinced my brother to buy tickets even though he hated them. Too bad that dickhead Liam fucked up the tour and it got canceled.
5. "In Between Days" - The Cure - The Cure fucking rules, the end.
6. "Send Me An Angel" - The Scorpions - In late 1999 I saw them in concert with a fat Motley Crue. I went with my two older brothers and it was the most amazing concert I have ever been to. No thanks to Vince Neils fat ass, who sounded like Mark Wahlberg in The Happening. Anyways, I think that Klause has one of greatest voices in human history.
7. "Werewolves of London" - Warren Zevon - Martin Scorsese knows how to put together a soundtrack.
8. "Judith" - A Perfect Circle - Little known fact, Keenan attended West Point and was inspired to do so from Stripes. I joined the Marines after watching Spies Like Us, weird. Another great deployment song.
9. "In The Garage" - Weezer - Few bands put out albums that you can listen to without pushing the forward button. Gun's N Roses, Iron Maiden, Ozzy and Weezer are the few that come to mind for me.
10. "You Can't Bring Me Down" - Suicidal Tendencies - My favorite band as a kid, man I wanted to be Mexican in the worst way...

Well, this is different. "What are you listening to?" is what you are listening to on that particular day. This is slightly more contrived. You pick 10-20 songs off your playlist.

Yes this is, according to i-Tunes playcount, the songs I listen to most often.

I'll go with my top ten as well:
1. The Ecstasy of Gold
Ennio Morricone
The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly Soundtrack
Plays: 132
THOUGHTS: Most epic song ever written, and if you disagree, you are wrong.
2. Limelight (Live)
Rush
Snakes and Arrows: Live
Plays: 119
THOUGHTS: I had the pleasure of seeing this song performed live in 2008, and it was the greatest concert of my life (tied with Metallica).
3. Up in Arms
Foo Fighters
The color and the Shape
Plays: 113
THOUGHTS: I got burned out on the Foo a few months ago, but I'll probably get back into them soon. I love the solo in the song, and it's fun as hell to play on bass.
4. Hit the Lights
Metallica
Kill 'Em All
Plays: 100
THOUGHTS: The first of many Metallica songs. Metallica consists of 1/3 of my Top 25, and this happens to be my favorite song by them. That youthful, "get drunk, fight, and fuck" vibe present throughout the album gets me every time, and I always blast this track on my way to a party,
5. Motorbreath (Live)
Metallica
Live Shit: Binge and Purge
Plays: 100
THOUGHTS: Metallica at their punkiest, no doubt about it.
6. A Favor House Atlantic
Coheed & Cambria
In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth: 3
Plays: 86
THOUGHTS: My third favorite band after Rush and Metallica. I always find myself strumming this tune on a guitar at a party. Note how I did not say "strum it well".
7. Anesthesia (Pulling Teeth)
Metallica
Kill 'Em All
Plays: 73
THOUGHTS: Cliff's masterpiece. 'Nuff said.
8. Devil in Jersey City (Live)
Coheed & Cambria
Live at the Starland Ballroom
Plays: 69
THOUGHTS: The live version is sped-up and just has so much more energy than the studio take.
9. We'rewolf
Every Time I Die
The Big Dirty
Plays: 69
THOUGHTS: It took me a while to get into these guys, but I'm glad I did. This is another rock and roll song full of swagger and badassery. I love the southern rock influence that ETID incorporates into their sound.
TIE:
10. Whiplash (Live)
Metallica
Live Shit: Binge and Purge
Plays: 64
THOUGHTS: In one version or another, I have almost half of "Kill 'Em All" in my top ten. Awesome.
10. Kick Some Ass
Stroke 9
Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back Soundtrack
Plays; 64
THOUGHTS: This is an awesome song, but it shouldn't be this high because I accidentally left my IPOD on while me and a few friends went swimming, and when we came back, my play count went from 30 to 64. I haven't listened to the song since.

I second Ecstasy of Gold, that song is amazing. It fell just short on my list. Nice list, I just checked out Coheed & Cambria for the first time, Welcome Home is amazing.

"Welcome Home" is the song that usually gets everyone into Coheed (myself included), but they have so many other good songs. I'd recommend buying the "Neverender" DVD, it's $16.99 and you literally get live performances of every single one of their songs. It's a great way to start off, in my opinion.

I used to troll celebrity playlists to see what they listened to, but i got annoyed after awhile after the lack of metal.
I was particularly offended at the inclusion of Lindasy Lohan by some gay hollywood hairdresser with the comment "Gotta have some Lindsay Lohan."

Cameron's Top 10 Windows-Media-Player-Post-Computer-Meltdown Playlist
1. Dreams
Artist: Cranberries
Album: Everybody Else Is Doing It, So Why Can't We?
Plays: 91
Thoughts: First heard this song when I watched The Next Karate Kid as a six-year-old, and I managed to keep the song in the depths of my brain until I was thirteen or so, when I looked up the soundtrack, and download the songs from it until I managed to come across this song. Gives new meaning to the term "epic", and is perfect in every way. Also my favorite love song. Dolores o' Riordan's majestic whisper of a voice is phenomenal. I'm definitely playing this at my wedding.
2. Death
Artist: White Lies
Album: To Lose My Life...
Plays: 79
Thoughts: I'm not surprised this is my second-highest song, I seem to have a thing for bombastic, arena-ready anthems, and "Death" fits the bill. It's hard to pick a favorite part to this song, as it steadily increases with awesomeness with every second of its five-minutes-and-one-second duration. If I ever learn how to play an instrument, this'll be the first song I learn.
3. Courtship Dating
Artist: Crystal Castles
Album: Crystal Castles
Plays: 74
Thoughts: One of my favorite dance songs, my dad says it reminds him of the old NES game Dizzy (which isn't surprising, given that's it's basically chiptune/dance). Holds the title of "Song Most Often Sung By Cameron While Walking Down High School Hallways". Also, who doesn't love a song about human taxidermy?
4. I of the Mourning
Artist: Smashing Pumpkins
Album: Machina/The Machines of God
Plays: 68
Thoughts: Odd that my most-played Smashing Pumpkins song is only maybe my eighth-favorite. Still a great song, good to listen to while driving down the highway during a cloudy morning.
5. Triceratops
Artist: HEALTH
Album: HEALTH
Plays: 66
Thoughts: A musical tour-de-force, "Triceratops" (as bold of a statement as this is) is the noise rock equivilent of Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody". Angry, complex, cerebral, calm; every time I hear this song it feels brand-new, probably because there's so much going on in it.
6. Wrong
Artist: Depeche Mode
Album: Sounds of the Universe
Plays: 61
Thoughts: I'm surprised this isn't higher, it's one of my personal anthems/jams. I think this is the only song I've ever heard that can best be described as "pulsating"; the synths seem to be brimming with life, as if you can listen closely and hear blood pumping through the veins of the music.
7. The Amazing Sounds of Orgy
Artist: Radiohead
Album: Amnesiac [Deluxe Edition] Disc 2
Plays: 58
Thoughts: I'm not entirely sure how to describe this song, other than "Jungle Jazz Movie Soundtrack". Kind of sounds like Bjork's "Human Behaviour", but with more echo and vastness to the sound and less gibberish.
8. Juke Joint Jezebel
Artist: KMFDM
Album: Nihil
Plays: 51
Thoughts: YES. One of the most-played songs during my childhood, as a kid I used to play the scene during the Mortal Kombat movie where Kano fights Sonya (the first time I heard this song) and dance like a madman. Not surprisingly, this song served as a gateway to all the industrial & dance music I like today.
9. Bizarre Love Triangle
Artist: New Order
Album: Substance
Plays: 47
Thoughts: I always thought the extended version from Substance was better than the album version from Brotherhood. Definitely my second-favorite love song, and quite possibly (I may have to assess this more) my favorite song of the 80s. This is also a dang-fun song to sing (I so want to do a karaoke rendition of this song).
10. The Only Mistake
Artist: Joy Division
Album: Still
Plays: 46
Thoughts: My favorite Joy Division song, hands down. This ties back into my love of stadum-ready anthems. The musical equivilent of standing on a slowly ascending platform into an arena, every second of the verses escalates for the incredibly epic chorus. The lyrics are bleak.

I don't use iTunes as my music player on my PC because it takes up too many resources, and I rarely use my phone as an iPod, so I have no real data on my most played songs... if I had to guess though:
10. Alice Cooper - Pass The Gun Around
Album: DaDa
Thoughts: I like pretty much everything Alice ever did, and I listen to his stuff a lot. I love his ballads, and this is one of my absolute favorite ones.
9. David Bowie - Modern Love
Album: Let's Dance
Thoughts: I fucking HATE this album, but I love this song.
8. Goin' Blind/Work For Food (Acoustic)
Album: 18 Big Ones - The Best of Dramarama
Thoughts: Dramarama is completely underrated, and their acoustic cover of KISS's "Goin' Blind" far surpasses the original song in terms of creepiness. The track also includes a "secret" song immediately following the conclusion of "Goin' Blind", an acoustic version of the fan favorite "Work For Food".
7. Type O Negative - (We Were) Electrocute
Album: Life Is Killing Me
Thoughts: I'm a huge Type O fan. I don't specifically know why I listen to this track the most, but I do.
6. Guns N' Roses - Street of Dreams
Album: Chinese Democracy
Thoughts: I've been collecting live versions of this song since Axl started performing it live as "The Blues". I never get sick it of it.
5. Savatage - When The Crowds Are Gone
Album: Gutter Ballet
Thoughts: If a genie granted me the ability to sing one song perfectly, I'd pick this.
4. Savatage - Morphine Child
Album: Poets And Madmen
Thoughts: What can I say? I loves me some Savatage.
3. Savatage - Paragons of Innocence
Album: The Wake of Magellan
Thoughts: Seriously, I loves me some Savatage.
2. Manowar - Hail And Kill
Album: Kings of Metal
Thoughts: Fuck you, Manowar rules.
1. Guns N' Roses - Civil War
Album: Use Your Illusion II
Thoughts: I've never even seen Cool Hand Luke. But I can quote it.

Not in any particular order
1. Judas Priest- "Exciter"
This is basically my favorite style of metal- stripped down, fast and with a little bluesy rhythm and some corny, fun lyrics to go with it.
2. Motorhead- "Back at the Funny Farm"
Same as above
3, Dillinger Four- "The Great American Going out of Business Sale"
This is my second favorite song of all time. Great lyrics put to some hard-rocking pop-punk that out-edges a lot of hardcore bands in intensity.
4. Weezer- "El Scorcho"
Get twenty of your closest, drunkest friends singing this together and you'll love the song, too.
5. Muse- "Starlight"
I hate about 95% of Muse's songs, but love the other 5%. This particular song is great for when you want to space out in a dark room. The vocals are so great they sometimes give me chills.
6. Dead Kennedies- "Chemical Warfare"
It's a little over the top, but I fucking hate golfers, so this song makes me smile every time I hear it.
7. Neutral Milk Hotel- "Two-Headed Boy"
One thing that I could never stand about the Bob Dylan types is that occassionally they'll make those songs that are all just a string of nonsensical metaphors in order to confuse people or to get away with making a song seem deeper than it is. I like how Neutral Milk Hotel does the type of thing because they'll at least string the metaphors into some kind of cohesive setting. If I catch this song at the right time, I can get a little teary-eyed in the last verse.
8. Genesis- "Cuckoo Cocoon"
Peter Gabriel is god.
9. Mustard Plug- "Miss Michigan"
Just a fun ska song that doesn't try too hard.
10. Bomb the Music Industry!- "Get Warmer"
Great song when you have the winter blues.

3. Dies irae - Verdi / Messa da Requiem < Toscanini / NBC so >
4 Romeo - Basement Jaxx
5. A Day In The Life - The Beatles 1967
6 Lost Cause - Beck
7. elephant woman - blonde redhead
8. Theatre Of Creeps - Necro Ill Bill Goretex Mr Hyde
9. None Shall Pass - Aesop Rock

Stargazer, Rising, Rainbow...awesome power ballet. I love hearing Dio on vocals and Powell on drums...just makes the song.
The Cowboy Song, Faith No More, This Is It...this song was never released until the greatest hits collection...I don't get why...it's one of the best pick me up songs I've ever heard...it always cheers me up.
Carry Stress In The Jaw, Mr. Bungle, Disco Violente...totally different than a lot of the music I've ever heard....I love it...sorry I can't really elaborate more on these...it's hard to
Black Hole Sun, Soundgarden, Superunknown...do I even NEED a reason to listen to this song...I know it's their biggest hit and everything, which usually constitutes it as not as good as their other songs by "real fans", but I've always enjoyed this most.
Knock Me Down, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Mother's Milk...I don't know...I'm not even a RHCP fan outside of this album.
Stripsearch, Faith No More, Album of the Year...I'm kind of cheating since I'm trying NOT to use the same band twice, since a lot of these are listened to all the way through the album, then basically Faith No More would be all 10 songs, since I listen to them more than anything else. But given that, I have to nominate them twice, since they made so much good music...this particular song is going to be played at my funeral...I've already made that clear to everyone I'm close with.
Dancing Fool, Frank Zappa, Sheik Yerbouti...it's catchy...so I'm an asshole for liking catchy shit...even if it is Zappa.
No One Else, Weezer, Blue Album...I've totally been there...dating some dumb bitch...totally relate to it.
Godsmack, Alice In Chains, Dirt....can't really elaborate...just like it
Something I Can Never Have, Nine Inch Nails, Pretty Hate Machine...first heard this song years ago when I saw Natural Born Killers...liked it then...liked it even more when I started listening to NIN

Having reinstalled Winamp recently my most played is screwed, but it would go something like this:(No particular order, the numbers make it look classy.
1. MC Frontalot-Crime Spree
One of the catchiest beats Front has to offer, plus an assortment of his usual wit and fast, finessed delivery.."
2. Venetian Snares-Twelve
A spastic blast of Sesamian nostalgia melts in to a Caribbean breakbeat nightmare.
3. Sabrepulse- Dot Matrix Hero
Hyper enthusiastic chiptune breakcore song sampling the Mario Land music.
4. Clutch- Animal Farm
A thick, heavy stew of Clutch's delicious hardcore blend matched with Neil Fallon howling more Orwellian symbolism than you can shake a stick at.
5. Bomb the Music Industry- Kings of Minneapolis Pts. III+IV
The most climactic song on the most interesting BTMI! album amounts to high speed punk rock guitar chases, squeedling synths that are practically in a hurry to squiggle out your speakers, and Jeff Rosenstock yelling melancholically depressing things.
6.Doormouse- Skelechairs
CHAINSAWED FINGERS AND BONES.
7.John Williams- Throne Room and End Title
The most triumphant song ever composed, John Williams knocks it out of his own massive park with this one. Nothing puts a smile on my face quite like it.
8. Praxis-Animal Behavior
Praxis at it's best with Buckethead, Bootsy, Bill Laswell, Bernie Worrell, and Brain making incredible robot-funk.
9.The Rocket Scientists- Comp-U-Nerd (Bernards Theme from Maniac Mansion for the NES.)
My definition of a good chiptune: catchy and varied.
10.Defiance, Ohio- I Don't Want Solidarity If It Means Holding Hands With You
Adorable and surprisingly competent folk punk song.

Mine is off based off my ipod as i rarely use my itunes these days but the list isn't really representative of what i listen to cause the first two tracks i listened to on repeat so they had like 30 + plays but nonetheless here they are, with links to the songs were i can find them!!
1. Kissi Penny
Artist: Shudder To Think
Album: Pony Express Record
Thoughts: I had been listening to other songs on this album a lot but i had skipped over this one alot to listen to the others. I decided to listen to it eventually and i fell in love. The structure, chords, vocal, solo, everything is just amazing about it. I recommend it highly as well as the whole album, i rarely say this about albums as i am usually a harsh critic of albums but it is one of the best albums i have ever heard.
Link: No link available
2. Duct Tape My Heart
Artist: Freezepop
Album: Fancy Ultra Fresh
Thoughts: I rarely listen to Freezepop (why my top 10 isn't really my listening habits) but i was listening to a few other tracks by them off the album and it turned over to this track. It has an addictive little riff both in the verse and the chorus. The lyrics are pretty soppy but its a good tune.
Link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OE4E7x7B50A
3. Vaccination
Artist: Helmet
Album: Betty
Thoughts: Another great album and probably Helmets finest. The reason this song is here (i was surprised Street Crab wasn't) is due to the buildup from normal playing till the chords becoming more manic and intensity building.
Link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5prCem8a3ZY&feature=related
4. Under Glass
Artist: Jawbox
Album: My Scrapbook of Fatal Accidents
Thoughts: A short song which is why it has a lot of plays. It also has a lot cause its a good'un. The drums are the same all the way through and the guitar is just brilliant. I can't explain it you would need to hear it.
Link: Sadly no link, see if you can find it on Last.fm if your interested.
5. Bullet Park
Artist: Jawbox
Album: My Scrapbook of Fatal Accidents/Grippe
Thoughts: The versions on both of the albums are similar. The version in the top ten is of the former. It has a fast chugging dissonant chord thrown in during the chorus which is absolutely brilliant.
Link: Sadly no link, see if you can find it on Last.fm if your interested.
6. Rotor
Artist - Tad
Album - Inhaler
Thoughts: Starts off with a slow bass line with a corresponding set of guitar chords following. Doyles wails during the chorus are genius but the best part of the song is when it starts to speed up towards the end.
Link: Sadly no link, see if you can find it on Last.fm if your interested.
7. Pansy
Artist - Tad
Album - Inhaler
Thoughts - The heaviest song on the whole album. Starts with a quickish tempo and then a slow sludge riff starts with Doyles first line of YOU WANT SOME CANDY?! Brilliant.
Link - There was a link but the audio was seized by WMG.
8. Pacific 231
Artist - Burning Airlines
Album - Mission-Control!!
Thoughts - The frontman of Jawbox, J. Robbins second band following the dissolution of Jawbox. Frantic drums and an angular sounding guitar. It's alot different from his work with Jawbox.
Link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1ByAYSewSNk - song starts at 6:30.
9. Zesta
Artist - Hammerhead
Album - Into The Vortex
Thoughts - Fast spaced, loud with rapidly strummed descending riff. My favorite part is the second half of the song where it goes into a breakdown with great use of dissonant chords.
Link - None i'm afraid
10. Just Bought The Farm
Artist - Tad
Album - Inhaler
Thoughts - Another bass line intro with vibrato and feedback from the guitars. Another great song from the album.
Link - None
I'll see if i can get links for them tomorrow, it's like 1am and I'm wrecked.

6. Dead Kennedys- "Chemical Warfare"
It's a little over the top, but I fucking hate golfers, so this song makes me smile every time I hear it.

YES! That's one of my favorite songs from "Fresh Fruit and Rotting Vegetables", and I even wanted to cover it with my old band. Kudos to you, good sir. |
I recently went on a Jello Biafra hiatus after listening to the Jello/Nixon/Toadliquors album about 50 times in a row. Then my shuffle ran over Chemical Warfare while Adobe updated so I couldn't skip it while the song played, and after listening to the song, I'm back full-swing into DK fever.

So here's to you Mrs. Robinson. People love you more- oh, nevermind. |

Kay, I just came up with my ten favorite songs ever, figured this was the most appropriate place to put'em.
10 - Nazareth - "Hair of the Dog" - It's a fucking classic, and even if the main riff sounds suspiciously like "Day Tripper", it kicks enough ass I can overlook that. I mean, as far as just straightforward, kickass rock n' roll goes, you can't get much better than this.
9 -Roy Clark - "Riders in the Sky" - Lots of people have done this song, in lots of different ways. I'm probably biased because I was raised on Roy Clark, but I'd say this is the definitive version, even if it is an instrumental one. Roy's guitarwork is excellent, and is especially nice in this song. It's also one of the rare instance of tremelo in a song not annoying me.
8 - Cream - "White Room" - It's just about the perfect rendition of that late sixties Blues-Rock sound I can think of. I generally preferred Clapton's singing to Jack Bruce's, but a song like this really suits him. Clapton's fuzzy wah lines are positively glorious, that intro sprawl is absolutely epic, and the solo is Eric at his best. It caps the song wonderfully, and really showcases Clapton's style.
7 - Red Hot Chili Peppers - "I Could've Lied" - It's one of the Chili Peppers' softer outings off Blood Sugar Sex Magik, and it's my favorite. Most people prefer "Under the Bridge", but I think it's Frusciante's overdriven leadlines near the end that make me prefer this one. Anthony's lyrics and vocals make a nice pseudo-haunting mix, and the main guitar part provides a wonderful base for the to lay on.
6 - Slayer - "Angel of Death" - It's fucking Slayer. That's really all that needs to be said, but I guess I should elaborate a bit more. Pay attention, kids, this is what extreme metal should be. It's awesomely fast, aggresive, and pumping. Just listening to this is like chugging a Red Bull, it's that badass, but unlike many of it's raw energy brethren in the Hardcore genre, it's still musical and develops. And you have to love that high-pitched scream by Tom Araya right at the start.
5 - Pearl Jam - "Once" - This was my introduction to early '90s alternative, and I can still see why I got hooked like I did. Eddie Vedder's voice sounds just as fresh as it ever did, even though everyone and their brother's sung like that by now. The murder-spree lyrics are great, too, and it does benefit from being listened to alongside its partners in that trilogy, "Alive" and "Footsteps", but even just alone, it's still an extremely memorable romp.
4 - Leonard Cohen - "Everybody Knows" - Yeah, it's that song from Pump Up the Volume, and not the shitty Concrete Blonde cover, either. The music has that cool darker '80s vibe pulsing throughout, with some stringed instrument I couldn't name adding a distinguishing twinge to it. But of course, Cohen was a poet first, and the lyrics do take centre stage. Their doomy prophecies of society and mankind are fucking cool and really send shivers down your spine to listen to. Leonard's aging voice may not be what it was in the '60s, but it only works to aid the lyrics in conveying that total pessimism the song has.
3 - Children of Bodom - "Rebel Yell" - It's always been an incredible song, and Billy Idol's version is an '80s classic. I really like what Bodom did with it, though, giving it a more modern metal approach and adding in Laiho's much more gruff, agressive vocals while for the most part maintaining that same mood the original had. And speaking of Laiho's vocals, these is my favorite song of theirs for them. Just to understand him adds a lot of enjoyment to the music, for me.
2 - Pantera - "Cemetery Gates" - Pantera's been one of my favorite bands since I first brought home my copy of Vulgar Display of Power, and this song does a wonderful job of showing why. The clean intro adds a level of coolness, not only for starting out clean, but for staying their all through the verses, not copping out and breaking into full-blown metal for the remainder of the song afterward. And even though they keep returning to that clean part, when the full-blown metal riff does break in, my god does it break in. The solo may not be as good as the one in "Floods", but it still provides some very awesome guitarwork, and fits perfectly into the song. Moving away from what Dime did for it, Phil was one of the best metal singers out there, and this song shows not only the different styles he can sing in, but how well he sang in all those styles, even remaining mostly intelligible.
1 - Mother Love Bone - "Chloe Dancer / Crown of Thorns" - This is Mother Love Bone's masterpiece. It's a testament to just how much of a tragedy Andy Wood's death was, and remains my favorite song of all time, with good reason. "Crown of Thorns" was a good song by itself, but the tacked on, two-minute "Chloe Dancer" adds an entirely different level to the lyrics and musicality of the song. The lone piano opens the track beautifully, and Andy's softer vocals meld perfectly with it. It softens you up just enough that by the time the anthemic chorus of "Crown of Thorns" kicks in, it hits full force. Then it goes into a third part for the more downtrodden solo, and tears into a more agressive, epic part for the ending. I could gush about this song for hours, if I wanted to, but it's just amazing. When I die, I want this played at my funeral.

Ross, I Remember You is my favorite power ballad of all time too.
Syd, I'm also a big fan of Street of Dreams. It is quickly becoming one of my favorite Guns songs. Not sure what it is, but I really like it a lot.
I moved all of my music to a different computer and haven't really listed to much on it yet so I have no idea about my play count. So I'm gonna take a guess. Since I know what I listen to, it shouldn't be too hard.
1. Buckethead - Soothsayer
I listen to Buckethead every now and then, but I listen to this and Nottingham Lace a lot.
2. Buckethead - Nottingham Lace
See #1
3. Guns N' Roses - Street of Dreams
I listen to this a lot. I have it in my car, on my mp3 player, my computer and my 360. I guess all of my other GNR songs are also on those things, but Chinese Democracy is usually in my car CD player. If I'm not in the car long, I usually at least play this song. Because of that and the fact that it is in the rotation on all of my other listening devices, it probably gets the most play.
4. Skid Row - I Remember You
This and Youth Gone Wild get played a lot. The latter just missed this list.
5. Van Halen - Dreams
My favorite Van Halen song. But for the record, I don't like the way Sammy does it now. Because of this, I now have to listen to the good version even more to cancel out ever hearing the new version. GO BLUE ANGELS!!!
6. Silverchair - Tomorrow
One of my favorite songs. I still can't believe they were that young when they recorded this.
7. Steve Earle - Copperhead Road
This song never gets old, even though I hate that stupid fucking dance they do at the bars. My buddy's band plays this at every show.
8. Steve Miller Band - The Joker
Another song I could listen to over and over, which is probably why its on this list.
9. Derek and the Dominos - Layla
I'm not sure if this belongs on the list or not, but I have been listening to it quite a bit lately.
10. Guns N' Roses - Nightrain
It seems like even when I have my whole music library on my computer on random, this song still manages to pop up every time, which is fine by me. As much as I listen to songs like Sweet Child or November Rain, it seems as though I still hear Nightrain more.

Other than the fact that you hate Huey Lewis, I'm pretty sure your taste in music is closer to mine that anyone else. Well, maybe. Not sure how you feel about outlaw country music or my all time favorite artist, Elvis Presley.
