What about the Legend of Zelda? So bad it was good. |
Part of the Super Mario Super Show, not an original series. So (sadly) doesn't count. And as mentioned above, neither does SMBSS.
The SMB3 and SMW cartoons were part of Captain N, so they get in with him.

On that note, does a show count as good if its only entertaining because of how bad it is? |
Yes. Though it may not do so well in the actual contest.

Well, all three were released as separate DVD sets, and the Mario cartoons different greatly in style and tone from Captain N. And while I'm too lazy to check my DVD set, I believe Captain N was a full length 24 minute cartoon, which makes me wonder how Mario fit in.

DVD releases don't count.
And if I remember Captain N, they eventually made it an hour long show, with one Captain N episode flanked by two SMB3 episodes or something like that. Super Mario World was only ever shown in a half-hour format along with a shortened Captain N episode or two.
Apparently the SMB3 cartoon was broadcast as a separate show later on. So if anyone wants me to count it, it counts.

I don't care who you are or what you like. If you didn't nominate Batman: TAS for this, you're a fucking retard.

I thought the first season had some dragging stories along with a bit of the second but it picked up nicely when the old enzo stories started.

Then I suggest not voting for it.
Anywho, I'll get started on this tomorrow night or so. I was gonna do it tonight but work-related fuckery has prevented me.

Double fail. First off, Satsui's said that if you like a show, nominate it. Multiple nominations just mean it has a better chance of getting in. As well, OWD nominated that on the first page of this thread.

I think they made Captain N shorter toward the end and put Mario in with it packed into a half hour time slot.

This contest hasn't started yet, and it's already depressed me. Like, five of my favorite cartoons growing up weren't broadcast in America, it seems.
