OK, two ties need to be resolved. As before, the voting commitee is:

Each person on the committee must cast two votes, one for either Jeebs or Vald and one for either Knyte or Bomberman. The special commitee will end with Round 2. Round 3 will have a completely different tiebreaker, which hopefully will not have to be implemented.

I gotta go with Vald in light of Jeebus' embarrassing abuse of mod powers.
And I wouldn't vote for Bomberman if Japan itself were on fire and all I'd have to do to put it out would be to vote for him. Knyte all the way on that one.

The Jeebus/Valdronius one is... tough. Valdronius is my MySpace friend, but Jeebus is... Jeebus. I'm going to flip a coin right now. Hang on.
I did heads for Jeebus, Tails for Valdronius and it came up tails. So there's my vote.

I vote for Mr. Bomberman. No offense, Knyte, but he's given me some awesome ROMs.
As for the Jeebus/Valdronius thing, I can't decide, so the one who gets this quote first gets my vote:
"They've broken through the 3rd line! Alright, send it in!"
EDIT: Oh, fuck it. I vote Jeebus. I talk to him on AIM, whereas I barely know Vald.
Bonus points to whomever gets the quote, though.

Right about the game, but they send the evil CD with arms at you on the level before hard Venom.

I said big evil circle thing, I don't think that's really semantically much different than a CD. You have to shoot the center when it's exposed.
And I did say it was one of the later levels, damn if I can remember the name though. Thinking harder, I think it was called Area Something Or Other, not Section Something Or Other.
And judging by this Starfox 64 sound page I have bookmarked, the answer to your second question is Caimen.

Now, not that it matters anymore, but I'm still voting for bomberman. No disrespect to knyte, who is also very cool and has his sig all 2D fightered out, but bomberman kicks 7 kinds of ass.

These are both really tough matches to decide, which is probably why they both resulted in ties.
Jeebus vs. Valdronius is an especially tough one, but in the end, I have to go with Jeebus. Since neither one has yet gained entrance into the SoL, I have to go with the guy I know in real life... and here come the empty soda cups and popcorn bags.
Even though Knyte VS. Bomberman has already been decided, I'll throw a vote Knyte's way.
