I'm not sure about Quebec, but at least the rest of Canada should celebrate Erikson Day.

Not to mention the fact that we celebrate him for getting lucky. He wasn't even LOOKING for a new world. He was trying to get to India, and he missed the mark by quite a bit, wouldn't you say?

Regardless, the discovery marked the beginning of a new era in history. It has been called the Age of Discovery, but it could also be aptly called the Age of Colonialism. Erikson might have discovered the continent originally, but Columbus' adventure marked the beginning of full scale awareness and involvement. Discovering is still a fairly accurate term in my opinion - especially considered the natives weren't advanced enough to sail to Europe and "discover" us. (Us being our ancestors anyway).

Oh, and I voted for Labor Day this afternoon.

I can't believe people pay to watch those. They're not terrible, but they're not particularly great either.

Is there anything else that CAD Premium offers besides the cartoon show?

Yeah, there's also exclusive comics, artwork, and other stuff.

The unfortunate thing is that they have to charge for them, since the toons are done professionally.

I sprint headfirst into buildings to wreck my armor, just so I have an excuse to steal shit to sell for new armor, which I then ruin. It's a vicious cycle.
