I'm pretty sure the song is supposed to be a mockery of modern music, and not to be taken seriously, if not I'm still going to consider it such.

Funny as a parody the first time, but half the kids in college I know now have this on their iPods.

I'm pretty sure there's already at least two threads about this song lurking around.
My favorite rap song is "Hulk Hogan On Crack" by Bag Of Hammers. I lost the mp3 in a hard drive crash though and damned if I can find it anywhere.

This statement would have been alot more relevant when people were clamoring for it 5 years ago.

But to me, it seems like it's just getting worse everyday, Maybe it is at it's last stage before it's fall.

I used to find this funny, but this song has been beat to death and then the corpse raped amongst my group of friends.

Country music has been dead and buried for years now. It rose from the grave and became a zombie with the release of "Honky-Tonk Badonkadonk."
"Country" musicians today are the exact same thing as the posers you were ranting against that do hip-hop, only with some fake-ass cowboy hats and a southern inflection.

I really like this song. I was on a rafting trip in April with people from work and I'd always yell "I'm on a boat!" I believe this song is making fun of rap in general and how many music videos show rappers on yachts and so on drinking champagne and what have you.
I even have a shirt that says "I'm on a boat". For Halloween I bought a cheesy captain hat and I'm going to get a captain's shirt and some slacks and wear my "I'm on a boat" shirt under the other shirt and have it opened half-way Superman style.
