Any one here heard of these guys before? They are a glam rock parody band, the lyrics are hilarious in most of their songs and the songs are actually really good if your into that type of music, which I am. The lead singer is legitimately good too, he used to be the singer of the LA Guns, here is one of their videos, if your a fan of this, check out Death to All but Metal. The video is great, as is the song, but the embedding is off for it, either way, enjoy!

They have had several other names over the years. They started off as Metal Shop, then became Metal Skool, then Steel Panther. They have been around since the late 90s, and were pushed heavily by the website Metal Sludge back when Metal Sludge was still relevant. They also appeared as the fictional 80s band Danger Kitty in a 2001 Discover Card commercial:

I have a promotional CD single of "Love Rocket" that Discover Card gave out to people who signed up for a mailing list. If I can find it, I'll take some pictures.

One of my favorite songs by them is "Big Boobs":

The random dialogue bit towards the end that makes fun of the dialogue segue in "Girls, Girls Girls" is hilarious:

Michael Donovan: Hey Ratchet, hey Ratchet!
Ratchet: What Michael Donovan, what?
MD: Dude, check out that chick in the front row!
Ratchet: Oh my god dude, she looks like she's smuggling watermelons!
Ginger: WHAT CHICKEN!?
MD: Ginger, I didn't say "chicken" dude, I said "hot chick in the front row"!
Ginger: Michael Donovan, you should put your penis in her vagina!
Ratchet: Dude, you know what? You're so stupid that you don't even realize that YOU could put YOUR penis in her vagina!
MD: Yeah, but I'm the lead singer. I should put my penis in HER vagina, dude!
Ratchet: Dude, why don't I fucking put my penis in her vagina, dude?
MD: Why don't we all three put our penis in her vagina, dude?
Ratchet: Now you're fucking talking, dude!
MD: Man, if my mom had tits like hers, I'd still be breastfeeding!
Ratchet: Yeah dude, your mom is one hot piece of ass, dude.
MD: Haha, I know! (realization moment) You're a dick!

I heard death to all but metal on the radio a while back if you can believe it. I hate glam but I liked the song and had to go listen to the uncensored one after I had heard it.

MODULISTIC TERROR
A VAST SADISTIC FEAST
THE ONLY WAY TO EXIT
