As for McDonalds, they suck hardcore now. The only things I like there are the double cheeseburger and chicken club, or the ocasional Big Mac. Speaking of burger of the month though, remember when they had a cheddar and onion melt on a wheat bun for $1.00? That was fucking amazing.

I haven't eaten McDonald's in about 5 or 6 years. I'm lovin' that.
Any way, Sonic is good, but I hate them for removing that Hawaiian (sp?) burger with the sweet, spicy chipotle sauce and jalapeno strips from their menu. They also removed the jalapeno side-order strips from their menu! I loved that stuff, but now it's gone and they last had it back in 2006. Their regular stuff is good, but still...

I can't stand McDonalds any more. Outside of the decently priced drinks, I don't have any reason to go there. Disgusting spongy excuses for burgers! |
Agreed. I haven't been able to eat a double cheeseburger from MCD's in like 4 years. Not that i've been avoiding it either, they just look so gross and the way they're slopped together. It never looks like the commercial. MCchickens on the other hand, are great plain with bbq sauce.

I totally agree on the sloppy construction. One of my pet peeves every time I get a Big Mac is that I have to completely deconstruct the damn thing and put it together properly so it doesn't completely fall apart when I try to eat it.

Most fastfood burgers tend to be nothing compared to a burger you can make yourself if you get the right products for it, hell it tends to be alot cheaper too.

White Castle is retarded. I want burgers that were designed to be eaten by human adults, not burgers that'd you see served in the cafeteria of a school for ants. |
I suppose that's why they're cheaper than most burgers. And anyway, I don't understand why everybody says they're so small you can fit the whole thing in your mouth; I barely could fit one in my mouth, but I have to chew with my mouth wide open. I usually have to tear it in half.

If you all want a good burger, what about trying Fuddruckers? I like their burgers, and you can get them in different sizes. Don't have one where I live, but there is one close to where my brother lives.

You know what I don't like? Crystal's (or Krystal's, however it's called). The burgers there are a complete rip-off of White Castles, except they aren't nearly as good; they taste like those crappy frozen "White Castles" you can buy at Wal-mart. And on another note, if you wanna get frozen white castles for home, it's best to get them straight from the restaurant.
Another one of the reasons why I hate my town so much is that there used to be a Captain D's here...but no longer, as it went out of business due to the fact that people here don't actually like good food, but rather crappy burger joints. Every time I'd eat there, though, I'd always get the Tilapia, with hush puppies, steamed broccoli, and rice, with a side order of stuffed jalepinos. Dee-lish.

Hmm. There's a Captain D's in town, and I've never been. I should try it.

Heck yes you do. It's the best seafood place ever. Make sure you get some hush puppies, those things are delightful.

We used to have a Captain D's. I think it's been replaced by a 5 Guys, but I'm not so sure.

I agree, I was never a huge fan. Plus, I just can't get over the fact that the place is called Fuddruckers; its sounds inescapably dirty to me. Besides, Chuck E. Cheese pwns the crap out of it.

I agree as well. The one in my town flat-out sucks. Their burgers are no better than those at Chili's, it's farther away from my house than Chili's, they cost about the same as Chili's, and the condiments section had ants crawling all over the place. My family and I went once, and that was it.

What all do they serve at Fuddruckers anyway? I've never eaten there but I've always been curious about it.

I don't know if anybody else has a Checkers in their area, but the hot wings there were pretty good. I just tried them for the first time last night.

Well, they weren't literally "all over the place." They were just on the counter where all the condiments (pickles, lettuce, bottles of sauces, etc.) were located. Now that isn't exaggeration.

Ruddfuckers. Hilarious name, but generally boring food.

Agreed to the max, the pizza being bland and expensive, was half the reason me and everyone else never went there again.

We finally have a Checkers in our area, but I haven't been there yet. Of course, the same place used to be here years ago, but was known back then as Rally's.

Yes. Also, pizza from Little Caesar's also tastes exactly like this.
