His face in those pictures looks older, which wouldn't have been the case as, since he's president now, he would have been MUCH younger during these times.
Also, the albums shown there are real Wailers albums, just with his face 'shopped on over Marley.

Nah, that's just the Barack Obama from South America.
EDIT: Now that I actually have seen the pic, it's photoshopped no doubt, and I think while it gave me a laugh, it was out of the fact that it looks incredibly ridiculous and fake. Also Jeebus, the tagline was "Drink the Koo-aid", not the Kool-Aid.
