I miss Carrey being a comedic actor. I understand the want to do dramatic roles, but don't take yourself so god damned seriously.

According to his Wiki, there's a version of A Christmas Carol where he's Scrooge. I'm not sure of the nature of the film, whether it has strong comedic elements or not, but this is something I'm looking forward to, to see his performance.

EDIT: Now that I've looked into the movie, I'm even more excited. Robert Zemeckis is writing and directing. Gary Oldman, Bob Hoskins, and Cry Elwes are in it too, as well as Carrey playing all three ghosts and some other minor characters.

You have to paste the link because of the parentheses. It doesn't work with the URL tags either.

Jim Carrey's comedies fell off after Me Myself and Irene - now he is trying to be more 'family oriented comedy'. With the Christmas Carol, it is supposed to be in 3D - which in the past has not been very intruiging.

Rycona,

You can use this URL:

The parenthesis have been replaced with the proper URL code.

%28 and %29

I know the use of the percent sign, I just didn't know the code for the beginning and ending parentheses and that it could be used to replace those in that case.
