A policewoman named Marian has been kidnapped by the Black Shadow Warriors. Also, she was a narcotics officer who was investigating their drug trafficking operations. Also, she was a martial arts student at the Lee brothers' dojo. So then Billy and Jimmy decide to... oh, forget it. Since when does anyone care about the plot of Double Dragon?

Syd Lexia: This game was way better than Double Dragon III, but I like don't like it quite as much as Double Dragon II. It's certainly a hell of a lot prettier though.

Valdronius: Billy and Jimmy are back! And this time, it's... well, who really knows. The game opens and you're thrown into ass-kickery without any intro or story. That's OK though, you don't really need a story. Or if you do, you can make up your own. This is mine: Billy and Jimmy were walking down the street one day when someone said they looked pretty gay. They went into rage, killed the man, and now have to dispose of all the witnesses. But it seems every time they kill someone else, another bystander sees them do it. Will they ever be in the clear? Only YOU can decide!

Douche McCallister: This game is ridiculously hard, and it's even worse if you play it by yourself. At least it's nothing like Double Dragon III... and for that we can all be thankful.
