As promised, here are the last three Lighter Sides. Sadly, they're not that great. However, they do feature the likenesses of two of MAD's more reputable employees. The boss in the first comic is actually MAD editor William Gaines. Meanwhile, the pipe-smoking Roger Kaputnik in the Doctors comic is a caricature of longtime MAD contributor David Berg. Both men are long since dead - Gaines in 1992, Berg in 2002. Some say that when Gaines and Berg died, their souls became trapped in back issues of MAD, perhaps even in the very issue that I now hold in my possession; those people are fucking morons. Opposite the conclusion of The Lighter Side, we find a craptastic comic entitled One Typical Afternoon In The Bronx. I usually enjoy comics that berate New York, but the last thing that I needed to see was a comic starring a slovenly women with saggy tits and a giant ass. I sure hope the next page is better.
