I had heard of these guys before, but thought they were fake because of all of the pictures of them as superheroes and stuff. Then someone gave me a link of them making a ska song for a children's show, where they would urge the kids to clean up their room by urging them to "pick it up, pick it up, pick it up," (I know, it was fucking beautiful). I had to check them out, and I have to say that these guys have to be one of the coolest bands out there today. Every song (save for their nu-metal parody about their arms being asleep) is happy, cheesy, and hard-rocking third-wave ska/new-wave goodness about the dumbest subjects. It's also awesome that I can share musical taste with my five-year-old cousin without being at all embarassed.

Here's some demos of my favorite songs:
"Super Rad"

"Adventure Today"

Preview of their own upcoming TV Show (Which actually looks kinda bad):

So here's to you Mrs. Robinson. People love you more- oh, nevermind.

You do know that Travis Barker was a drummer for this band at one time.

Yeah, though he is a tremendous d-bag, I always respected him as a talented drummer.

He is a gigantic douchebag of epic proportions indeed. They are a great band, and I always liked there wacky antics.

These guys are still around? I had heard that name uttered in at least 8 years. They were a pretty decent band. Captain Hampton and the Midget Pirates is among one of their finer works.

Dances with Wolves 2 is gonna ROCK!
